BOOKING, CANCELLATION & SAFETY POLICY • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. • CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. • RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, arriving too late to perform the service, or missing your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again. • CHILD SAFETY: Children under 12 are not permitted in the studio. Arriving with a child under 12 will require rescheduling, and the applicable cancellation policy will apply. • Clients must be 18 or older to book. • Waxing during your period is permitted when wearing a tampon. • Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Card and Apple Pay. Card payments may include a processing fee.
